Ropa para Peds addon personalizados

Los cambios principales

Funciones que cambian tu forma de trabajar.

Peds addon

Improved

3D Preview quick controls

The 3D Preview has one-click controls for only this cloth, floor, wireframe, auto rotate and camera reset, lighting chips, and a corner readout of the detail level and polygons. Pick Studio, Daylight, Golden hour or Night lighting without opening Preview tools. In a narrow preview the controls move into a More preview controls button. The readout in the bottom-left corner shows which detail levels the model has; switching between them needs a license, reading the counts does not.

Improved

Fabric looks in the 3D Preview

The 3D Preview's Material simulation has one-click fabric looks: Dry, Rain-soaked, Damp, Muddy, Worn and Sweaty. Each look sets the wetness, sweat and dirt sliders at once and shows only where the focused clothing supports it. Like the sliders, it changes the preview only, never the project or the built resource.

Added

All variations in one GLB

Export variations as one GLB saves a drawable with all of its texture variations in one GLB file, as colours you switch between in viewers that support material variants. Right-click one or more drawables and choose Export variations as one GLB (Ultimate). Each variation is named after its letter, and viewers without material variants show the first one. A drawable with fur, a YTD with more than one texture, colours kept in its YDD, parts that show the variation texture differently, a missing YTD, or variations larger together than eight 2048 x 2048 textures is saved as one GLB per variation instead. DCT names such a drawable before it writes anything, or, when the reason only shows while converting, before it writes that drawable's files.

Added

Creator Link plugins

Paint in Photoshop, Photopea, GIMP, Krita or Substance 3D Painter, or model in Blender, and see it on the ped in DCT's 3D preview while you work. Edit in connected app opens a cloth in your editor straight from DCT. Connect Photoshop, Photopea, GIMP, Krita, Substance 3D Painter or Blender from View > Connect an app. Edit in connected app opens clothing in your editor and on the ped. Live preview, project saves and model pushes need Ultimate; the plugins and their standalone 3D view are free when signed in, with 20 GTA file opens a day free, 50 with Advanced and 200 with Ultimate. Texture maps save together as one recoverable History change. Save as new variation keeps the chosen editing workflow on the ped. GIMP shows and saves a layer with its editable filters, such as Colorize without Merge filter. If an earlier Painter save lost a normal map, save the texture set again. DCT updates installed plugins after its own updates and daily once their app is closed, unless automatic updates or the plugin are turned off. Photoshop updates need Update under Options > Connected apps, which also repairs shells stuck at The download failed; new plugins install there too. If adding a UV guide fails, the plugin explains how to retry or change the document, and Copy diagnostics includes the reason. In Chrome and Edge, Photopea connects through a small connection window; keep it open while you work.

Added

Check clipping in poses

See where the body comes through a cloth in game poses such as raised arms, sitting and kneeling, with the worst moment marked in 3D and an experimental fix. Right-click freemode clothing or a prop and choose Check clipping in poses under Optimize and repair. Eight everyday poses are preselected and 26 are available. The results list every pose, worst first, with the points that clip, the deepest place and the body areas, and the 3D view marks the worst moment of the selected pose by depth. Treat the result as guidance: the game's own clothing also clips a little in some poses, and a top checked on the bare upper body can show points that a matching Torso hides in game. Fix clipping (Experimental) moves the cloth outward by at most 2 cm where the body comes through, shows the count before and after and saves with a Project History restore point; areas that need more are listed for Rig to freemode body. The fix is not offered for props or clothing with cloth physics (YLD). Check poses is also available in the 3D model import review. Needs Ultimate and GTA V set up in DCT.

Added

In-game Clothing Inspector

FiveM builds can include the Clothing Inspector: try on every streamed cloth, tattoo and facial overlay in game, with thumbnails, limit warnings and a link back to DCT. Turn on Include the in-game Clothing Inspector in the FiveM build options (Advanced or Ultimate, freemode projects). The build adds the dct_inspector and a thumbnails resource. Setup is one line: copy the folders to your server and add ensure dct_inspector. Every player can open it with the I key or /dctinspector unless you limit it to the dct.inspector permission; the build shows the lines to copy. In game you dress a ped or your own character, try tattoos, badges, hair overlays and facial overlays, set the ped's skin, face and hair colour, save outfits and check what each build loaded. Clothing is found by collection and local number and tattoos by collection and preset, so saved outfits and copied references stay valid after game updates. While DCT runs on the same PC, Open in Durty Cloth Tool and Show in game work in both directions after you allow the connection. The inspector is open source on GitHub. The clothing and tattoo information of such a build is visible to every player. The clothes info dump gains new fields and lists shop names only for entries a build writes; the tattoos info dump no longer lists tattoos of a design that replaces a game texture.

Added

Shared preview links

Share a preview link: selected clothing or the outfit in the 3D Preview opens as a 3D page on gta.clothing that anyone with the link can view for 30 days. Select clothing and choose Share preview link in the Export group of the context menu (it also works for several selected items), or use Share this outfit on the Outfit tab of the 3D Preview. Give the link a title, choose which textures of up to 24 items viewers can switch between (all of them, with one click if you like) and decide whether your name shows on the page. The page opens in any browser, shows the clothing in 3D and lets visitors switch its textures. A link stays online for 30 days. Advanced includes 10 links at a time and Ultimate 50; when all are in use, the dialog offers to delete the oldest one or to manage your links in the account portal, where a link can also be taken offline at once. The page shows reduced previews with a visible watermark; your clothing files themselves are not uploaded. Clothing that is escrow-protected or that you received locked by its creator cannot be shared, and tattoos and facial overlays are not included. Sharing needs a signed-in account and an internet connection.

Security

Connected app access

Apps connected through Creator Link can only read and save the cloths you put in front of them. A connected app reaches the cloth on the ped and cloths you sent it with Edit in connected app; when it asks for another, DCT says which cloth to select. Opening another project ends its access to the previous one, and the sign-in question and Options > Connected apps name the program that connected.

Added

Home and Quick Look

Inspect clothing files from Home without creating a project. Quick Look opens models, textures and cloth physics files without GTA V data, and can continue into analysis or a saved project. Open it with Ctrl+Q, manage recent projects, or close a project to return Home. Props in Quick Look and the add and duplicate reviews sit upright like their thumbnails. Home fits the window without scrolling, shows your account, license, version and what is new, marks recent projects that sync, and takes a dropped project, export, package or built cloth resource anywhere.

Added

Dockable workspace

Arrange the editor, preview, findings and logs around your workflow. Dock, float or hide panes, keep your layout between sessions, and restore defaults when needed. The Error List, Project logs and the 3D Preview can also be tabs in the centre, beside Item details. Docked tabs are easier to read. Theme changes offer a reliable restart or the choice to restart later.

Added

Detachable preview tools

Move Preview tools into their own window and keep more room for your clothing. Use compact controls, nearby help and editable Ped values. Tool settings and window placement are remembered.

Added

Outfits and the Ped tab

Try several clothes together and change game clothes and props directly in the preview. Manage worn clothes, tattoos and overlays from Outfit, each with its thumbnail and its own Remove, choose supporting body parts from Ped, and save your preferred setup. Manual choices and cloth support profiles stay in control. A Mouth slider on the Ped tab opens the ped's jaw so teeth items can be checked; focusing a teeth item opens it by itself and frames the head. Step through Ped drawable and texture numbers with the buttons that appear on hover or with the Up and Down keys.

Added

Menyoo character import

Load a Menyoo freemode character with game clothes, props and supported face settings. Use matching installed game content for the closest result. Imported appearance is for preview; check unsupported or adjusted values reported by DCT.

Added

Body Presets and ped profiles

Save the body parts and skeleton your clothing needs as reusable Body Presets or per-cloth profiles, so the 3D preview shows it on the right body. Create named male and female Body Presets in Project Settings from game components, project clothes or imported models, then assign them under Tags & Body Preset in item details. Matching textures are found automatically. A cloth can keep its own profile with a matching skeleton or save it as a new preset. Presets and profiles travel with projects, copies, packages and exports, and affect previews only, never built resources.

Added

Reduce body clipping in preview

Reduce distracting skin poking through clothes while inspecting your outfit. Enable Reduce body clipping in preview under View > Quick view. This Experimental aid may need manual adjustment for custom bodies or animation. Source files and exports stay unchanged.

Improved

Clothing materials and colours

Inspect hair, fur, transparent clothing and supported skin tones with more faithful previews. Adjust supported hair colours, tints, fabric detail, wetness, sweat and wind effects without losing your camera view. Supported skin-tone clothing also displays correctly in thumbnails and Live Texture Editing. The preview floor fades smoothly and remains visible while worn heels require it. Saved item colours carry into thumbnails and exports. The Material Editor saves without freezing DCT, applies a value when you press Enter or leave its field, refuses text that is not a number, and the saved values show on the ped at once. Check the final appearance in game.

Added

Cloth physics and wind

Preview supported YLD cloth movement with animation and adjustable wind. Check drape, body clipping and cloth warnings, adjust wind, and restart a paused simulation with Reset simulation. The preview does not replace a test in your target game.

Added

Studio lighting

Inspect clothing under even Studio lighting or switch to Sun and Custom lighting. Studio is the default. Sun and Custom expose the relevant shadow, HDR and time-of-day controls.

Improved

Camera and animation

Frame clothes and props more easily and test them with a larger animation selection. Quick Look, Model Optimizer and the ped preview share familiar camera controls. Reset returns to a front view, autofocus follows the focused item, and props stay attached during playback. Pick a quick animation or add your own YCD files. Right-drag or middle-drag pans the camera in every viewport, and the ped keeps facing the camera when an animation starts or stops. Zoom the docked preview under the pointer without clicking it first. Focus and Remove in Outfit act on the row you choose.

Added

Textured wireframe

Show mesh edges over the focused clothing while retaining its texture. Inspect the clothing's geometry and LODs without changing the rest of the outfit.

Improved

Preview reliability

Open, resize and refresh previews more reliably, including on software graphics. Fixes preview startup, texture-loading and recovery failures. Tools stay accessible, also after a dialog, remember expanded sections and explain unavailable controls. Preview tools receive focus reliably, and custom skeletons hide the game clothing and freemode tools that do not apply. Creating, opening or closing a project, or setting up another ped, clears the previous project's ped and clothing. Removing clothing that is on the ped, or replacing it with a dummy, takes it off without an error.

Added

Live Texture Editing

Edit clothing textures in your own image editor and see each save in the 3D preview. Start it from Use any image editor in the 3D Preview's Live texture editing section, or with Edit texture in image editor in the texture menu. Edit supported diffuse, normal or specular textures as PNG or DDS. Save to cloth keeps the result and creates history; Discard restores the project version. One session runs at a time and requires an active license.

Added

Visual item browsing

Browse clothing and variations with thumbnails and larger hover previews. Previews generate in the background and update as items change. Texture variations load faster, and more clothing files from other tools can be previewed. Creating images may need an internet connection the first time; after that it also works offline. Missing, damaged or blank thumbnails regenerate, opening an exported project keeps its healthy thumbnails, and failures show practical recovery guidance. Props face the camera, and hair without a chosen colour shows its strands in light brown. Tool lists also show clothing thumbnails, with a larger picture on hover, following the project thumbnail setting.

Added

Thumbnail and image exports

Generate clothing images for one item or a whole project, then sync changes to a folder. Choose size, background, camera, naming and scope. Review the plan, cancel a run, and keep files you created outside DCT. Export features require the applicable paid tier. Clothing shading is corrected in thumbnails and visual exports. Cached previews refresh when opening the project; use Thumbnail Generator Sync for older exported images.

Added

GLB export

Export clothing variations as GLB models for use outside DCT. Export one clothing variation, a drawable or the whole project as GLB, with supported materials and selected colours. Clothing exports open with fewer separate texture sets in Substance 3D Painter. Export again and start a new Painter project to use this improvement. Some clothing still needs several texture sets: select the set you want to send, or prepare a single-set model in your modelling tool. Requires Ultimate.

Added

Fix safe findings

Fix safe findings in the Error List repairs byte order, whole-cloth wind, broken shading and missing mip maps on every drawable at once, under one restore point. A review list shows each repair with how many drawables it rewrites before anything changes. Repairs that keep the look are ticked; the shading repair and shrinking or converting oversized and uncompressed textures change how things look, so you tick them yourself. Every Fix in the Error List now says whether it rewrites files with a restore point, only changes settings, or opens a tool. Findings that need your choice keep their own Fix, and one rollback in History undoes the whole run.

Improved

What a finding means in game

Every finding now says what it means in game, in the Error List, on the Findings tab of Item Details and beside each rule in Project Settings. The line follows what was found, for example that a texture without mip maps may shimmer at a distance or that a heel shoe stands flat. Where a consequence has not been confirmed in game, the line says it may happen.

Improved

Easy view in the optimizers

The optimizers open with a few plain answers, such as fitting the triangle budget or making the pack smaller, and the Model Optimizer can show before and after side by side. Show all options brings back every control, and each window remembers your choice. The first time, the Model Optimizer keeps all controls if you ran it or opened its advanced options before, and the Texture Optimizer if your project's texture rules are not the recommended ones or only large files are changed. The Easy view says what each answer changes, that nothing is written until you run it, and when a setting it does not show, such as the graphics memory filter, is in force. Side by side shows the original and the result with one camera when the preview is wide enough.

Improved

Merge up to four clothing models

Merge clothing models now combines up to four clothing models into one new item, and its review says how large their shared texture is and how much detail it keeps. Select two to four clothing models of the same gender and category. Texture variations still pair by position, and the new item's note lists the clothes it was made from. Your originals stay in the project.

Improved

Cloth Analysis and repair actions

Find more clothing quality and compatibility problems, with direct actions where DCT can help. Review rigs, heels, hair colour support, LODs, textures, tattoos, cloth physics and game-limit findings. New guidance points out clothes that may move rigidly or need their wind setup checked. The Error List can repair certain older clothing models that DCT could not previously read. Clean up model fixes clothing that looks dark, patchy or wrongly lit: it merges duplicate vertices, removes collapsed triangles and rebuilds broken normals, tangents and UV coordinates, so these models no longer need a round trip through Blender. Related findings are easier to review together, and hover text shows full descriptions. Choose Fix to see a proposed change or why one is unavailable, or jump to the relevant clothing, tool or setting. Test animation and wind in your target game.

Added

Findings and History tabs

Each item's findings and past versions now sit beside its settings, with the tool that fixes a finding and a way back to an earlier version. The Findings tab explains what each finding means for the build, opens the tool that fixes it and can plan several findings of one optimizer together. The History tab lists the changes of the item or one variation by day, says whether each earlier version can still be restored and restores it after you confirm. Finding badges and View history open these tabs.

Added

Ignored findings

Keep reviewed exceptions out of your working findings list. Ignore a finding for one item, one texture or a rule. The project remembers the decision, which you can change later.

Added

Heels, hat hair cuts and rig repairs

Set high heel heights and hat hair cuts automatically, and repair heels, cuttable hair and some broken freemode rigs with visual guidance. Auto configure high heels and Auto configure hair cut set heel heights and how much hair a hat cuts from the models, for one item, in Bulk edit metadata or as new shoes and hats are added (turn this off under Project Settings > Behavior). Rig as high heel and Make hair cuttable offer adjustable previews. Experimental Rig to freemode body checks cloth first; difficult cases open the Cloth Rigging Tool, where you mark body areas with smart selection and brush corrections in separate cutaways, compare the result on the ped with test animations and review small hole repairs. Complex sleeves and large gaps may still need external editing. Failed attempts leave your files unchanged and explain why in Project logs. Rig to freemode body and the automatic hair cut need a GTA V installation; automatic settings for several items at once, rig repairs and the Cloth Rigging Tool need Ultimate. Inspect movement and test in game. Opening the repair dialog shows Bone weights, the proposed repair and the hair cutting cap as soon as its preview is ready.

Added

Fit, retarget and merge clothing in 3D

Fit and retarget existing clothing in 3D, or merge two compatible models into a new item, with experimental Ultimate tools. Fit and retarget replaces the selected item after review and keeps a History restore point in saved projects. Merge keeps both originals and pairs texture variations by position. Use M, R and S in the dedicated fitting window, switch textures on or off, then review on the animated ped before saving; changed results need a fresh review. Undo or Ctrl+Z steps back through moves, scaling, retargeting adjustments and local corrections, one drag at a time, and also undoes region selections in the Cloth Rigging Tool. Needs an MP Freemode project, a GTA V installation and compatible Legacy models (not Enhanced-only). Automatic fitting keeps clothing positioned correctly for review.

Added

Fit clothing to custom bodies (Experimental)

Fit to Body (Experimental) creates fitted clothing copies for a project body preset or selected Torso and legs, with adjustable fit and animated review. Open Fit to Body (Experimental) under Edit and organize, choose the body, the fit style and the space around the body. Compare the original, adjust the fit and review it on the selected target body before creating copies with matching body parts. Originals stay unchanged. Possible overlaps remain marked for visual review; some clothes still need adjustment. Requires Ultimate, a saved MP Freemode project, GTA V and compatible Legacy models. Custom-ped skeletons and YLD clothing are unsupported.

Added

Model Optimizer

Reduce clothing polygons and generate missing LODs with a before-and-after preview. Review one drawable or a project-wide plan, adjust reduction settings, exclude items and undo the previous run while backups remain. The main choices sit in one column with the expected result right below them, and project-wide runs lead with a summary. Results lead with how the run ended and the triangles saved, and explain when a file grows, for example because lower-detail models were added. Optimizer, duplicate, map and thumbnail tools keep the main choices visible with extra guidance nearby. Model optimization requires Ultimate and still needs in-game inspection.

Added

Texture Optimizer

Review and optimize texture sizes, compression and mipmaps for clothing, tattoo designs and facial overlays in one workflow. Scan variations, embedded textures, tattoo designs and facial overlays, choose changes and compare the result. Texture, model and map actions start with relevant repairs for selected findings, including missing mipmaps, without replacing saved options. Results lead with how the run ended and the key savings in separate tiles, with the per-item details below. One texture opens as a simple card with its size and format, larger runs start from a few plain goals with the list collapsed, and textures with an unrecognized material setup can still be made smaller. Skipped-item and save-failure messages help finish a run, and a run can be undone from Project History. A texture selection needs an active license; whole-project runs require Ultimate.

Added

UV space optimization

Reduce texture space wasted around the parts your clothing uses. Crop unused space or repack separate UV islands, keeping matching variations and maps together, also for clothing with cutout edges. Normal and specular maps keep showing correctly in the preview. Adjust Maximum texture area kept (%) in the UV rules, review savings, exclude a drawable or undo the result. Requires Ultimate.

Added

Normal and specular map generation

Create missing normal and specular maps for supported clothing. Preview detail and shine, choose a preset or adjust options, and save or undo the result. Fill eligible missing maps or choose Regenerate existing embedded maps; excluded rows stay excluded, and placeholder maps count as missing. The plan explains clothing it cannot support and maps that come from another resource. Requires Ultimate.

Undo and redo in the editor

Ctrl+Z undoes your latest change in the editor and Ctrl+Y redoes it: edits, moves, added or removed items, bulk edits, and repairs or optimizations with a restore point. Project > Undo and Redo name the next change, Project > Recent changes undoes several at once, and a short notice offers Undo right after a repair or optimization. A change that something else touched since, such as project sync, is not undone over that work; it is named and you can open Backups & History. A bulk edit too large to undo asks before it starts. Text boxes and the studios keep their own undo. The list lasts until you close or reload the project; changes that affect the whole project are restored from Backups & History.

Improved

Item list and Item Details

The item list shows a male and female switch with counts, what stops the build, and each model's triangles; Item Details is reorganized around the item's name and action buttons. Click Male, Female or Both above the list, or the blocked and need attention counts, to filter in one click; they work together with the Filter menu. Every category header, props included, shows how many of its slots per gender are used, per resource when automatic splitting is on and with the number of resources once a category is split; prop headers also show the budget all prop types share. Drawables the build leaves out without a slot are not counted. Every model row shows its triangle count, and Item Details shows its triangles, vertices and detail levels. Item Details starts with the item's name and buttons for 3D Preview, Texture Studio, Model Studio, Optimize and Repair. Its General tab shows what the cloth is and its textures on the left, and its options on the right with one line of explanation each, followed by a collapsed Advanced section for the models most clothes never need. The audio preset is searchable and shows how many of your components, and of the base game's own clothing when your GTA V folder is set, use each preset.

Added

Notes on items

Clothing items, tattoo designs and overlays can carry a note in Item Details that search finds and sync, packages and exports carry. Open the Note tab in Item Details to write where an item came from, what is left to do or who it is for. Items with a note show a Note mark in the list; hover it to read how the note starts. Type note: in the search box to find items by their note. Notes never go into a build.

Improved

One Add menu and a project summary

Adding is one Add menu with the gender inside it, Place a new tattoo in 3D opens the placement on the ped, and the status bar shows what the project holds. Only male, Only female, Tattoo and From another source replace the separate Add Male, Add Female and Import package buttons; your shortcuts keep working. Place a new tattoo in 3D adds the tattoo and opens the 3D placement right away instead of a website. The status bar shows the items, textures and approximate size of the project, the settings button reads Project settings, and the View menu no longer repeats the project tools.

Improved

Several colourways in one go

Recolour texture stays open after adding a variation and names the next letter, and adds several colours or a whole palette as separate variations in one run. Turn on Add several colours at once, then click swatches or a palette: each colour shows the letter it will get and becomes its own variation with the strength and Keep greys you chose. Remove again takes back what the dialog added while it is open.

Added

Logos across seams

Texture Studio can wrap a placed picture, text or patch across UV seams, so a logo over a seam continues onto the next part of the cloth instead of being cut off. Place the layer on the ped, then turn on Wrap across seams under Width (cm). The layer is projected onto the cloth from the front and keeps working without the 3D preview. It stays wrapped when you place it again, change its size or text, and moving it on the canvas or adding a finish lays it flat again.

Added

Painting in Texture Studio

Texture Studio can paint: a brush, an eraser and two fills on paint layers, on the canvas or by dragging over the cloth on the ped in the 3D preview. Choose the brush, the eraser, Fill UV island or Fill by colour in the tool bar under the canvas; colour, size, hardness, flow and opacity sit above it. Turn on Paint on the ped to paint straight onto the cloth in the 3D preview: a stroke carries on across seams and leaves the inside and the back of the cloth clean. The mirror options paint the other half of the texture, of a UV island or of the ped at the same time. Every stroke is one undo step, and the paint stays editable on its own layer.

Added

Clipping view and small holes in Model Studio

Model Studio shows where the body comes through the cloth while you sculpt, and Fill small holes closes small holes in a part after you review them. Turn on Show clipping in Sculpt or Select: purple where the cloth touches the skin, orange and red where the body comes through. Fill small holes is under Inspect; it shows the result before it is kept and leaves larger openings alone.

Added

Fabric bases in Texture Studio

Texture Studio adds fabric bases: cover a whole cloth with knit, twill, canvas, leather, mesh, denim, nylon, camouflage or cotton, with relief and shine. Choose Fabric base in the canvas tool bar, or Add fabric base in the Add layer list, and pick a fabric. It goes under your other layers on every variation, follows the model's UV islands and stays a layer you can recolour and adjust. Relief and shine are written where the model has normal and specular maps. Fabric bases are finishes, part of Ultimate.

Added

Material shelf in Texture Studio

Texture Studio keeps layers on a material shelf for every project: save a logo, patch set or painted design once and insert it into any texture. Choose Save layers as material on a layer's menu and check the layers to keep; like saving, it needs Ultimate. Insert material on the canvas tool bar or under Add layer opens the shelf, where you can also rename and delete materials. A material lands at the same place and size relative to the texture as one step you can undo, paint layers included, and its finishes go in when your license includes finishes.

Added

Unsaved studio work is kept

Model Studio and Texture Studio keep your unsaved work as a draft and offer it back if DCT closes before you save. A long Texture Studio save can now be cancelled. The draft stays on this PC in the project folder and is never synced, shared or exported. Open the clothing in its studio again and choose Recover to continue, or discard the draft. A draft is not offered once the clothing has changed since, for example after a save or a sync, so it never undoes newer work. Cancel on a running Texture Studio save stops it before anything changes.

Added

Find and replace names, shuffle drawable order

Find and replace names changes text in many item and texture variation names at once, and Shuffle drawable order renumbers each list in an order a seed can repeat. Both are in the item right-click menu under Edit and organize, and under Project > Project Actions. Find and replace shows every name before and after, searches the selection, the items the list shows or the whole project, and lists the names it cannot use with the reason. Shuffle keeps the first drawables of each list, reserved dummy slots and high heels in front, and shows the seed, so the same order can be made again. Each run is one restore point in Backups & History, and Ctrl+Z undoes it while its items are untouched.

Added

Large previews in the item list

The item list can show large previews: switch between Compact and With previews next to Grouped / Flat, or use View > Large previews in the item list. With previews shows a large thumbnail of every drawable, tattoo design and overlay, with its name and details beside it. Your choice is remembered for each project and never changes the project's thumbnail size, so people you share the project with keep their own. It needs thumbnails turned on in Project settings.

Fixed

Item list, progress bar and tattoo details

Removing items keeps your place in the item list, the progress bar disappears once work is done, and a tattoo design selected when a project opens shows its tattoos. After a removal the item that takes its place is selected and the list stays where it was. The progress bar fills when work finishes and then hides; a cancelled task hides it at once. Designs that replace a game tattoo list the game's tattoos as soon as the game files have been read.

Added

Texture Studio

Edit cloth textures with pictures, text, ready-made or generated patches, embroidery and badge finishes while the ped updates in 3D; the layers stay editable in the project. Open a drawable or texture variation in Texture Studio from the context menu: it opens as a tab next to Item Details and can be pulled out into its own window, with a thumbnail for every layer and the tools in a bar under the texture. Pick one of 40 ready-made patches from the Patch library, such as law enforcement, fire and EMS, rank, biker and club patches, or generate shoulder and round patches, rockers, name tapes, memorial tabs and rank chevrons with their own borders, sewing lines, fabrics and wear. Move, scale and rotate every layer on the texture or click the ped to place it, size it in centimetres and mirror it to the other side, and give layers set to Every variation a finish with relief and shine: embroidery with stitch settings per thread colour, 3D puff, chenille, bullion, woven fabrics, enamel pins, PVC rubber, leather or metal, or one of 16 presets. Split colours puts every colour on its own layer. Saving shows its progress, also across many variations, and writes a History entry; finishes, saving and exporting need an Ultimate license.

Added

Model Studio (Experimental)

Model Studio (Experimental): sculpt, select, re-weight and fit clothing on the ped in one draft, saved together with your Texture Studio edits and a history of each change. Open Model Studio (Experimental) under Edit and organize. Shape clothing with brushes, select and protect areas, paint supported bone weights or fit and merge compatible models after review. Controls stay accessible in narrow tabs; brush feedback and shortcuts help you work around the 3D view. Reduce body clipping (preview only) follows edits. Undoing back to the saved cloth clears the unsaved marker. Texture Studio shares the draft: Save to cloth applies both editors together, and the Changes list remains available when you reopen. Requires Ultimate, GTA V and editable Legacy clothing. YLD clothing can be inspected but not reshaped or re-weighted. Full UV unwrapping is not included; use Fit to Body for custom bodies. Weight colours stay visible while painting, and move, rotate and scale handles remain easy to grab at any zoom.

Added

Tattoos and facial overlays

Tattoo designs place one image several times for either gender and any body part, you can place and preview them on the ped in 3D, and game facial overlays can be replaced. A design's details show its image and the tattoos that place it, each with Placement, Shop and Advanced sections that suggest the game's own values and explain every field. A design can also replace one of the game's tattoo textures, and Make editable turns such a replacement into your own design that keeps its image and placements. The limit of 128 tattoos is gone. Edit a design's or overlay's picture in Texture Studio, your image editor or a connected app and watch it change on the ped. Double-click a tattoo or overlay to see it on the ped, or choose Edit in 3D to drag, turn and scale it with handles. Item lists and the Thumbnail Generator show tattoos and overlays on their body part. Add from built resource reads tattoo and overlay resources, and dropped images become designs or replace the game tattoo they are named after. Makeup, beards, eyebrows and other facial overlays can be replaced by name for every target; adding new facial overlays is currently unsupported; use replacement overlays. The Texture Optimizer and Error List cover designs and overlays. The 3D preview and body thumbnails need a GTA V installation. Existing tattoos become designs when a project is opened.

Added

Filters, tags and search

Find clothing with filters, colour tags, saved presets and ranked search. Switch between grouped and flat views, sort by date changed or model and texture cost, and open findings for one item. Clear context-menu categories and a matching multiple-selection panel make batch actions easier to find, and a right-click on a texture variation acts on that variation, or on the selection it belongs to. Automatic selection reveals eligible additions without clearing filters; DCT reports additions hidden by a filter. Display sorting keeps drawable order unchanged. Projects remember selection and expanded groups. Male and female clothes show blue and pink with a faint line between them, clothes worn in the 3D preview are marked, and the In the 3D preview filter keeps only those. A New badge marks items you have not inspected yet; hide it under Options or mark every item as seen. A tag with an underscore shows its full name in the tag lists and the Tags menu, and the gender, kind and state filter chips follow the selected language. Right-click menus react to the mouse as soon as they open.

Added

Duplicate clothing and props

Create independent copies of selected clothing and props. Duplicate for the same gender or copy to the other gender from the right-click menu. Copies append in order and leave reserved positions intact.

Added

Recolour textures

Give a texture variation a new colour with a live 3D view and keep it as a new variation or replace the old one. Pick a common colour, use the colour picker or enter a HEX value, adjust the strength and choose with Keep greys whether white, grey and black details keep their colour; for mostly white or grey textures Keep greys starts off, so the new colour shows at once. A drawable without a free slot gets a copy with just the new colour, and replacing keeps a restore point.

Improved

Ordering and renaming

Reorder and rename several items with a clearer preview of the result. Drag selected drawables or textures together, see their drop position, and preview sequential names before applying them. Reordering no longer causes a list error. New items land after the last item of their type, and deleting an item keeps the list in place.

Added

Built-resource import

Bring existing clothing packs, projects and exports into your project after reviewing the contents. Import supported FiveM and legacy resources or a Singleplayer dlc.rpf, including split packs. Supported metadata and reserved positions are preserved without replacing the open project's settings. Requires an active license. Package imports preserve shared texture files, so each clothing item keeps its variations.

Added

3D model import

Import clothing from GLB, glTF and Sims 4 packages, or FBX, OBJ, BLEND, DAE, STL and PLY through Blender, fit it on the freemode body and add it as drawables. Add from file(s) opens the experimental 3D model import window. Pick the clothing type and pieces and keep the supplied LODs, then fit the clothing on the translucent male or female freemode body with move, rotate and scale handles, Estimate body placement and point fitting for local corrections. Textures carry over as texture variations, missing normal and specular maps can be generated, and models without usable UVs can be projected from an image. Review the result on the animated ped before adding it; required body parts are included automatically. Sims 4 clothing keeps its swatches as texture variations, and a recolour imports together with its original mesh package. FBX, OBJ, BLEND, DAE, STL and PLY need a local Blender 4.5 LTS or 5.x installation. Needs Ultimate, an MP Freemode project and a GTA V installation. Converted clothing may need manual fitting, so test it in game before sharing it.

Added

Fit and add clothing from Blender (Experimental)

Fit clothing from Marvelous Designer, CLO, FBX, OBJ or glTF to the freemode body with the Blender add-on's experimental Garment Fitting, make it game ready and add it to your project. Open Garment Fitting in the Blender add-on's DCT tab. Place joint markers or use Auto Markers; Align to Body turns a T-pose into the game's pose. Fit on gta.clothing puts the clothing in the game's pose with the body's weights and moves it out of the body, and Transfer Weights weights clothing you shaped yourself. Run Fit Check shows how far each region stands off the body next to the usual range, and the Fix tools push, snug or relax it. Game Ready combines the materials into one texture and makes the levels of detail. Fits share a daily allowance: 10 free, 30 with Advanced, 100 with Ultimate. Add to Project then sends the clothing with up to 26 colour variations; DCT shows it on the ped with its checks and adds nothing until you confirm. Fitting needs a Durty Cloth Tool account and Blender 4.2 or later on Windows. Adding works on every plan within your project limits and needs an MP Freemode project, GTA V set up in DCT and Sollumz.

Improved

File import and embedded textures

Import clothing more reliably, including models with their textures embedded. Add from file(s) or folder(s) now accepts clothes, packages, projects, exports and built resources, with the usual review. Add Male and Add Female keep the chosen gender and report what was left out. When a model's name gives too little guidance, DCT suggests clothing options and asks for missing decisions; textures named after the model can be found too. Embedded textures, source previews and duplicate comparisons remain available. A repeated model can gain new texture variations, and Project Settings controls what happens to exact duplicates or adds every model as a new item. XML replacements show progress and preserve the old files when they fail. Images added as texture variations become compressed textures with mipmaps. Replacement images of any size keep their transparency instead of turning white, and the Texture Optimizer repairs textures that already did. Incomplete embedded textures and unreadable DDS files receive import feedback without replacing existing textures.

Added

Find duplicates

Review identical clothing and texture variations before removing unwanted copies. Possible duplicate clothing, props and texture variations now appear as warnings with a Resolve comparison. Compare models and textures side by side, confirm removal or merge, or keep an intentional match. Full drawables with different textures remain valid; only repeated variations are flagged. Project Settings can turn off these warnings. Find duplicates remains available for a wider scan, type filters and cross-gender options.

Added

Bulk metadata editing

Apply shared metadata to a selection or a filtered project in one action. Choose fields, review affected items, and preserve per-texture price overrides and drawable order. Search the restriction tags, tags, behaviour flags and dropdowns while you choose; ticked options stay visible. Requires Ultimate.

Added

Shop and outfit metadata

Configure prices and forced or variant outfit items per texture variation. Copy a setup across variations and keep references correct when items move. Singleplayer shops can use the output directly; multiplayer needs a compatible script.

Fixed

Clothing metadata

Build hair, tattoo and clothing metadata more consistently. Hair alternates, head-prop hair controls, tattoo gender and names, and supported heel-related settings retain their intended values. Exporting a .dctpackage with Lock information on export locks only the exported copy, so the item in your own project stays editable and shareable.

Fixed

Adding and duplicating clothing

Fixed clothing Add, drag-and-drop and Duplicate failing with an unknown error. Applies to Add from Files and Folders for either gender, dropping clothing onto the list, built-resource imports, reservation dummies, Duplicate and adding clothing from a connected app.

Build for free within the free limits

A project within the free limits now builds without a license, for every target except custom peds. A bigger project says which limit it exceeds and by how much. Free projects hold up to 10 drawables, 5 per type and gender, 7 texture variations each, 5 tattoos per gender and one facial overlay. Custom ped projects and the in-game Clothing Inspector still need a license, and the Build window offers to build without the Inspector. The build no longer tells people who never had a license that it expired.

Improved

Build window explanations

The Build window says what each target makes and shows how your files will be named, updating while you type the collection name. Under FiveM and Single player one line explains the result, the server game build says what it changes, and the collection name shows a file name such as mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_mypack^jbib_000_u.ydd for FiveM, or the folder and name a Single player pack uses.

Added

Both FiveM editions in one build

Build for FiveM Legacy and Enhanced in one run: choose Both, and the Build window writes a legacy and an enhanced folder with the same clothing numbers. Copy the folder that matches each server's edition, and never put both on one server, because they use the same resource names. Clothing that only has GTA V Enhanced files stays an empty slot in the legacy folder, so every drawable keeps its number in both.

Added

What changed since the last build

See what changed since your last build: the Build window lists added, changed, removed and moved clothing, and the item list marks it. Copy the list to share it with your server team. A moved item gets another number in game, and a line says when project-wide build settings such as the target, the FiveM edition or the game build changed. Turn the marks off in Options > Items if you do not need them; the Build window keeps its list.

Improved

Replacement packs slot by slot

A replacement pack in the Build window shows slot by slot how many drawables are yours, how many Rockstar's collection has, and what is expected in game. Rockstar's counts come from your GTA V installation. Your drawables take Rockstar's numbers one to one; Rockstar's drawables past your count, and those of slots your pack leaves empty, are expected to be gone. Where a count changes, the table also warns that the clothing of collections loaded after it is expected to move to other global numbers. These effects have not been checked in game yet.

Added

Build Project

Review the target, destination and generated resources before building. Keep setup, progress and completion in one window. Review the destination and complete resource set, follow progress and Cancel long work. Tag rules can leave selected clothes out of the build, keep their slot empty so later numbers stay put, or exclude them from chosen generated data. Read each rule's effect before building. An error that stops the build offers its recommended fix with one click. Successful builds offer relevant findings, optimizer and thumbnail actions.

Added

Automatic resource splitting

Build large projects as coordinated resources when one pack is not enough. Split by supported collection limits or chosen output size and deploy the complete set. Every resource stays within the chosen output size. Large Singleplayer packs can use additional archives; check that Experimental layout in your target game. Replacement collections keep their restrictions.

Added

Per-pack replacement

Replace a known DLC, base-game clothing or a named collection for each generated pack. Review replacement choices and collection usage in Build Project. Check output against your intended game build.

Added

FiveM Enhanced

Choose Legacy or Enhanced when building a FiveM clothing project. Add supported Enhanced models and textures and convert them to Legacy for editing, with originals available through Project History in saved projects. Files that cannot convert remain Enhanced-only and are excluded from Legacy builds with guidance. Existing projects can use Convert Enhanced assets to Legacy. Enhanced output uses stream_enhanced and supports addon resources; managed Asset Escrow and active replacement packs are unsupported. Enhanced-only tattoos and overlays need conversion or replacement first.

Added

FiveM server capacity checks

Check a local server resources folder for combined clothing and streaming risks. For FiveM Legacy, review warnings for clothing capacity, shop entries and conflicting resource identities. Inaccessible content is marked as partial. Splitting a pack does not remove server-wide limits. Enhanced skips this assessment until its limits are verified.

Added

Asset Escrow clothing

Organize clothing from several eligible Asset Escrow resources in one FiveM project. Keep the supplied protected resources together and deploy the complete generated bundle. Packs downloaded from Keymaster import as a whole, and their clothes are marked, locked against edits and shown with a locked texture preview. Protected drawables can gain readable texture variations in new slots, and Restore bindings rebuilds an older project from its original keyed resource without removing its protected items. Splitting a large build keeps protected files with the resource that unlocks them, and a protected resource with your DLC name builds as one resource folder with its key. This Experimental workflow requires FiveM Legacy addon output, entitled source resources and testing on the target FiveM server.

Added

YLD XML companions

Attach a YLD XML companion to a clothing component and include it in packages and builds. Choose the companion file manually when required. This does not add cloth-physics output for props.

Fixed

Safer build output

Confirm the destination before replacing output and stop incomplete builds before deployment. Declining the non-empty-folder prompt or stopping on item errors preserves previous output. DCT reports invalid packs, missing tattoo or overlay textures and temporary file locks, and handles special characters in descriptions more reliably. Rebuilding into a running FiveM server's resources folder no longer fails or leaves hidden folders behind. A new project whose DLC name was never set uses its project or collection name instead of stopping the build.

First-build checklist and sample project

Home has a first-build checklist and a sample project: six Forge Studios pieces to try adding, previewing, fixing and building before you use your own clothes. The four steps tick themselves as you add clothes, look at one in the 3D preview, fix what the Error List reports and build. The sample downloads once (about 15 MB) and opens in a new project through the same Add routing your own clothes use, and it stays within the free limits, so it builds without a license. Hide the list with its X and the sample stays offered under the start actions; if you already had recent projects the list starts hidden.

Added

Menus and tools options

Options > Menus and tools: hide Ultimate tools while your license lacks Ultimate, show right-click menus without groups, hide unavailable entries and pick the entries you want. Hide Ultimate tools removes the tools only Ultimate unlocks, Texture Studio and Model Studio included, from menus, buttons and windows; tools any license unlocks, such as live texture editing, stay. Without groups lists every entry directly, with a line where a group was. Hidden entries also leave the panel for several selected items; their keyboard shortcuts keep working.

Added

Command palette

Press Ctrl+K to find any menu action, option or item of your project by typing its name, and run or open it from the keyboard. The command palette lists the actions of the menus, including right-click entries you hid, the Error List, the 3D Preview tools with your saved camera presets, and an open Texture Studio or Model Studio, with their shortcut and license mark, the pages of Options and Project settings, and the drawables and textures of your project. It also finds an action by what it does. Actions that cannot run now stay listed, greyed out, with the reason: what to select first, the game files, a build that is still running or a license. Ctrl+K works from floating panes too.

Improved

Options that explain themselves

The Texture and Model Optimizer, Options and Project settings now say under each option what it changes and when it can change how your clothing looks. Settings that only had a tooltip, or nothing, now carry a short line beneath them, written in plain words and translated into every language. Project settings shows what the selected validation rule checks above the rule list.

Added

Explorer menu entries

An option adds Quick Look in Durty Cloth Tool and Add to the open Durty Cloth Tool project to the Explorer right-click menu of .ydd and .ytd files. Turn on Show Durty Cloth Tool in the Explorer menu of models and textures in Options > General. It is off by default, applies to your Windows user only and leaves the program that opens the files unchanged. Turning it off removes the entries, so turn it off before you uninstall DCT.

Security

October .NET security update

DCT now includes Microsoft's October .NET security update, which fixes known vulnerabilities in the .NET and Windows desktop runtime it ships with. The included runtime is version 10.0.13, and the library that keeps cloud projects up to date is updated as well. Nothing changes in how DCT works.

Fixed

Enter no longer opens the preview after a dialog

Pressing Enter to confirm a dialog or to pick a command palette entry no longer also opens the 3D preview of the selected cloth. Keyboard shortcuts in the main window now only react to keys pressed there, so the Enter that closes a window cannot start a second action after it.

Fixed

AltGr characters in text boxes

Typing a character that needs AltGr in a text box, such as € on a German keyboard or ą and ł on a Polish one, no longer runs a Ctrl+Alt shortcut like the Error List. Typing such a character with the left Ctrl and Alt keys no longer runs the shortcut either. Ctrl+Alt shortcuts still work anywhere outside a text box, and in one when the keys type nothing.

Fixed

List filters and layout kept after updates

Saved list filters, filter presets, the list layout and the marks on items you have not looked at yet now stay after an update instead of being reset. Each project's Error List filters, open categories, selected item and Item Details tab, and the build output, thumbnail and server resources folders chosen on this PC are kept as well. What an earlier version saved is reset once more by the update that brings this fix, and kept from then on.

Added

Cloud projects and GitHub sync

Keep projects in sync through DCT Cloud or GitHub, share them with a team and see other people's changes arrive while you work. Project > Share and sync this project, or Project settings > Sharing and Collaboration, guides you through DCT Cloud (Ultimate, up to ten cloud projects with 30 GB, private or shared with a team's Contributors, Managers and Owners) or GitHub (any license): connect with a short code, create or pick a private repository, and setup continues by itself once GitHub grants access. Other Git hosts and Git LFS work too. Saves upload in the background, many files at once, and an interrupted transfer continues where it stopped. Git saves become commits that list what changed, and changes from others arrive in the open project without reloading, with an Updated by line and a short notice. Cloud projects are on Home and under Project > Cloud projects; downloads open progressively. Your account on gta.clothing can show a cloud project's item names, counts and small pictures, never clothing files; Show contents in the account portal turns this off. Overlapping edits wait for your review, every problem shows its fix, trash keeps local copies, and an option keeps sync running after you close DCT. Cloud and guided GitHub features require their services to be available.

Breaking

Custom addon ped projects

Create clothing projects for custom addon peds and other game peds, with their own model, skeleton and clothes, then build FiveM or Singleplayer resources. Ped & Body offers Game Ped with automatic model lookup and Custom Addon Ped. Add files or Add folders recognises a custom ped and offers to set up an empty project for it; cancelling keeps the project unchanged. When a resource holds several peds, select one ped's stream folder, files or peds.meta to import just that ped, and keep each ped in its own project. Choose new model names and replacement options in Build Project. Preview and thumbnails use the selected ped, and editing controls and findings follow its supported features. Custom projects require an active Advanced or Ultimate license. Existing projects remain MP Freemode. Builds never contain reservation dummies, which crashed the game: entries without files are left out and later clothing moves down. Clothing is named by number and slot instead of gender, hair thumbnails keep their own colours, and new raced clothing builds for raced peds such as animals. Like every project saved by this version, they need a build that reads project format V14. Game Ped setup accepts model names in either letter case and keeps its loading progress visible.

Added

Custom peds from your own characters (Experimental)

Turn a human character you made into a custom ped (Experimental): mark its joints in Blender, let DCT rig it from an installed ped of your game and create a custom ped project. Choose Custom Ped in the Blender add-on's DCT tab, check the character and place its joint markers with the Click Guide, Auto Markers or the joints of its own rig. Pick an installed ped like your character as the template: Rig in Durty Cloth Tool rigs your character like that ped from your own GTA V files, shows where it moved the markers and names a closer template when the proportions differ. After test poses and Run Checks, Create Custom Ped shows the ped in DCT and creates the project only when you confirm. Rigging needs Ultimate, and creating the project Advanced or Ultimate; the template list is free. Needs GTA V Legacy. Your character stays on your computer; only convert characters you made or may use, and test the ped in game.

Added

Project History

Restore a whole project, one drawable or a texture variation after important edits. Review what changed, including model or texture differences and optimizer actions. Up to 100 entries are kept; cleanup can remove files needed by older entries. Automatic recovery backups remain separate.

Fixed

Project saving and recovery

Save, export and reopen projects more reliably, with backups when something goes wrong. Failed saves keep unsaved changes for retry. Canceling the first save while closing or exporting leaves the project open without a save-failure dialog. When closing or updating, DCT explains a failed save and offers saving elsewhere or keeping a verified recovery copy, and projects save even when History is unavailable. Saving in cloud folders and upgrading older projects are more reliable. Moving, renaming or reconnecting a project's data folder preserves its files, and unreadable projects can offer a readable recovery backup.

Improved

Large-project performance

Start, import, browse, save and optimize large projects with less waiting. Progress stays visible during lengthy work, thumbnail lists scroll more smoothly, and the preview loads with fewer pauses and responds faster to selection and texture changes. Tattoo and overlay lists scroll smoothly, and tattoo placement tools open without waiting. Automatic backups run with fewer interruptions, and spinners and progress bars no longer slow the window down on high refresh rate monitors. Checking for unsaved work uses less memory in large projects.

Improved

Working without GTA V installed

Features that need GTA V now explain why they are unavailable when no installation is found. Recolouring, automatic heel heights, Quick Look and everything else that does not need game files keeps working, and Options lists the features that do.

Added

Findings and support logs

Search, filter, copy and export findings and project logs more easily. Jump from a finding or a Project Logs entry to its clothing or texture, focus on useful results, and export a complete English log for support. Project Logs follows new messages, and each project remembers your Appearance Items and Error List searches and filters.

Improved

Reliability and recovery

Recover from unexpected errors and several crashes found in Experimental builds. Unexpected errors offer a support reference and a way to add details; reporting can be disabled in Options. DCT attempts to preserve unsaved work if it cannot continue. Fixes cover saving at a drive root, reordering clothing, deleting a copied dummy, closing Model Optimizer during a scan and opening preview Details. Thumbnail generation can recover from a stopped browser, and startup or link problems show a useful next step. Dialogs open in front of their requesting window and on its monitor. A plugin request flashes the DCT taskbar button when another app is active.

Added

Account, license and Discord sign-in

Sign in with Discord to your Durty Cloth Tool account, manage your license and activate this PC from Account & License. Sign in opens a Durty Cloth Tool page on gta.clothing; choose Continue with Discord there. See tier, renewal and device status, refresh or retry account actions, and get recovery guidance, including a clear message when Discord cannot verify your account. A brief connection problem keeps you signed in and says what to do instead of reporting an expired session. Buttons such as Manage in your account and Buy a license, and the links in license messages, open the matching page of your account on gta.clothing in your app language. Valid installed licenses remain usable offline and manual activation is available. Failed update checks retry sooner and offer the manual download page.

Added

Buy, upgrade and renew in the app

Buy, upgrade or renew a license inside Durty Cloth Tool. It installs on this PC right away, so you can continue where you left off. Help > Buy a license and every license prompt open one checkout window. Choose Advanced or Ultimate, monthly or yearly, sign in with your Durty Cloth Tool account and pay on Stripe's secure page inside the app, or in your browser when that page cannot open on your PC. The estimated VAT is shown before you pay; Stripe confirms the final amount. The license is activated on this PC without a restart, and the build or tool you were starting continues. Upgrade an Advanced license to Ultimate for the prorated difference while it keeps its PC and billing period, renew or add licenses from the Help menu or Account & License, where you can also manage billing. See plans in the Creator Link plugins opens the same checkout. Buying on gta.clothing still works.

Security

Device license recovery

Recover license access after a supported device change while keeping one active device. Signing in can restore access after a Windows reinstall or hardware change. Activating another device ends use on the previous one. Account & License explains the current state and recovery from license or clock problems.

Added

Updates and What's New

Choose Release or Experimental, review changes and follow download progress inside DCT. The version indicator and Updates page show current progress and the next action, including after restarting. What's New and the update prompt place images and clips beside the changes they illustrate, use clearer text and headings, name every release, open pictures, GIFs and videos in a larger view, and keep readable historical articles and filtering. The launcher offers Release recovery, which downloads and installs the latest Release when DCT cannot start. Settings and licenses survive normal updates.

Fixed

Startup and shortcuts

Open DCT reliably from its launcher, Desktop and Start Menu after updates. Installed shortcuts keep opening the working application through updates and channel changes.

Added

Custom keyboard shortcuts

Assign or change shortcuts for menu actions and preview controls in Options. See the active shortcut in each menu, resolve conflicts and restore defaults when needed.

Added

Nine interface languages

Start in a supported Windows language and choose from nine interface languages. English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Hindi and Arabic are available. Your selected language is remembered.

Breaking

Project format V14

Projects saved in this version need a build that reads project format V14. Older projects remain readable, and upgrading one keeps a backup of the original; keep that backup if you still need to open the project in an older build. Item packages now save as version 6, so new packages and exports also need a compatible version. Project sync exchanges changes only between builds that save the same project format, so update every teammate together.

Breaking

Free project limits

Free projects are limited to 10 clothing drawables in total and 5 per type and gender. An existing project above those limits needs an active license to open. Its files stay unchanged when opening is refused.

Breaking

Advanced tool access

Advanced options remain visible and require the appropriate license to edit. Model, UV, map-generation and advanced thumbnail options require Ultimate. Texture-only advanced settings are available with Advanced or Ultimate. Saved choices are retained when access changes. Every gated option, Start button and post-build tool suggestion now offers Get license or Upgrade to Ultimate instead of a greyed-out note or a hidden card.

Improved

License badges on paid tools

Paid tools carry a small mark in every menu and on their buttons while your plan lacks them: a crown for Ultimate tools and a key for tools any license unlocks. The mark sits beside the menu item, the button for several selected items or the dialog button, so you can see what a tool needs before you open it; hover it to read the requirement. Tools your license already includes carry no mark. Optimizing selected textures, live texture editing and adding a built resource or another project need any license, and building a project bigger than the free limits does too; the other paid tools need Ultimate. Automatic heel height and hair cut stay free for one item and are marked only when you run them on several.

Improved

Legacy multiplayer targets

alt:V and RageMP builders are marked as deprecated. Existing workflows remain available after confirmation. New projects default to FiveM.

Security

Safer downloads and updates

Official downloads identify their Windows publisher and are checked before installation or recovery. Verify the Schmid Software Solutions publisher when Windows prompts you. Installer and portable downloads include the files needed to run DCT. Windows may still warn about a newly released download.

Security

Safer imports and exports

Reject unsafe package, XML texture and output locations while protecting existing files. Interrupted or failed exports keep the previous complete file, and invalid input is reported before it can redirect work outside the selected destination. Imported XML models and textures read images only from their own texture folder. XML export accepts OneDrive placeholders, names a redirected folder, and runs with progress.

Security

Safer texture image processing

Updated image processing to fix known vulnerabilities when opening and exporting texture images. Includes fixes for malformed image files handled by the image library.

Security

Private license diagnostics

Detailed license diagnostics stay in local support logs. Automatic problem reports do not include those license checks. Review support information before sharing it.

Added

Five more interface languages

Use Durty Cloth Tool, its plugins and gta.clothing in Italian, Polish, Turkish, Indonesian and Thai. The launcher, account portal, Blender add-on and Clothing Inspector follow your language too. Thai dates use Gregorian years with Thai month names.
